Hyatt Commercial, a commercial real estate brokerage and property management company and subsidiary of Severn Savings Bank, FSB, is seeking an experienced professional with a proven record of accomplishment as a sales and acquisition manager. As sales manager, this person will be responsible for building and managing a successful sales team of licensed commercial agents. The qualified candidate must provide direction and oversee all acquisition, sales, and leasing activities for the company. Ideal candidate(s) will possess the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in real estate, general business, or related fields, and 10+ years' progressive experience in commercial real estate in the Washington/Baltimore metro area.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with exceptional relationship, management, and organizational skills.
- Maintenance of appropriate professional memberships (including a Maryland Real Estate License) and participation in organizations and events is essential.
- Strong analytical, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort dealing with top management of outside companies and providing professional presentations and effective follow-up.
