ANNAPOLIS, MD (SEPTEMBER 4, 2018) — Hyatt Commercial announces the following recent transactions handled by agent, Cecil Cummins.
• Janay Thompson has leased 1,400 square feet in Georgetown Plaza for her new business Gem in Eye Beauty Bar. Gem in Eye will be offering lashes, waxing and facial services and will be one the few certified xtreme lash stylists in the Annapolis area.
• Joel Dovi, a Financial Advisor with Raymond James, leased space at 137 Mitchells Chance Road in Edgewater for a new office. Joel is expanding his business after nine years of growth with Raymond James.
• In another recent transaction Hyatt Commercial assisted the Baltimore Jewish Council with locating a new office. The Council has entered into a lease at 7 King Charles Place in Annapolis. The move increases their footprint and allows a greater Annapolis presence for their work representing Jewish organizations and congregations in the Greater Baltimore Area.
• Erin Paige Pitts Interiors and Shell & Ink, LLC have teamed up to lease space at 105 A Annapolis Street. Both businesses were located in smaller separate offices before their move to West Annapolis and are excited to join the community.
